Miss Charlotte came into our lives a little over a month ago. She had come into rescue milk-heavy, but so skinny the shelter folks thought she’d already had her litter. She hadn’t.

Eight weeks later, Charlotte came to our house to recuperate and gain some weight. She’s a sweet, laid back girl – a yellow/white shepherd/husky mix with ice-blue eyes.

Charlotte is crate trained and has excellent house manners. She loves people, has no interest in cats, and gets along well with other dogs, though she is protective of her food.

Her adoption fee is $150, and she’s not yet listed on PetFinder.

Lucy is a loving bully breed girl who is in serious trouble in a rural shelter in Texas. Because she is so sweet, the shelter has kept her for a very long time, hoping against hope that someone would adopt her and give her the forever home that she so desperately needs…..and deserves. But she has had no luck in this small rural shelter and now her time is up.
